GiftForMothersDay.co.uk is a sister company of NotJustBalloons.co.uk LTD, by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as detailed below.
Customer Privacy
To ensure your transaction is secure all payments are taken through Worldpay, therefore we have no access to your credit card details what so ever.
WorldPay is committed to protecting the security of your data.They use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, they store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. When they transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, they protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Your Information
If you place an order with us, we will have a record of your address (and that of any recipient), your telephone number and email address. This information is only used to enable us to deliver your item, you may decide to receive our
newsletter by email, but unless you do so you will NOT be sent any marketing or sales emails from us.
Once your order has been dispatched it will be securely filed, incase there are any queries with the order and also for our records.
We may also collect general information such as how many 'hits' our website is receiving and site patterns so we know which areas of the website are more popular than others.
Our site also uses cookies, which are small amounts of data which are sent to your web browser by a web server. They do not harm your machine in anyway, these cookies keep track of the items in your basket and act a place markers when you are moving around our website.
Returns and Refund Information
If an item is faulty we will of course replace it, in the event that it is not to your satisfaction we will offer you a refund, and you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

Delivery Information
We use Royal mail and couriers to deliver your goods, there is a flat rate charge of £4.50 for a UK next working day delivery.
Items weighing less than 1000g will be dispatched by Royal Mail's next day service and will arrive before 12 noon.
All items that weigh more than 1000g will be sent by courier, this is a 9am to 5pm delivery, where possible we will inform you how your item will be delivered.

3 and five balloon bouquets: By Courier
Balloons with Gifts: Courier
Small Gifts: Royal Mail
Heavy Gifts: Courier
Saturday Deliveries
Deliveries are Monday to Friday, if you require a Saturday delivery this will
cost an additional £15.00 and your item will arrive by courier.
We can dispatch single balloons by Royal Mail for a Saturday delivery, but they are not guaranteed to arrive on the Saturday and may arrive on the Monday, balloon bouquets must be sent by courier and therefore cannot be delivered on a Saturday without incurring the additional delivery charge.
Late Deliveries
As we rely on third parties we cannot guarantee these delivery times, because as
we all know from time to time things do go wrong that are completely out of our control. If you are desperate for a gift to arrive on time, may we suggest sending it a day early, in the special delivery instructions you can ask for us to put a label on the box asking for it not to be opened until a certain date. (please note balloons will stay afloat for approx 7 days and are dispatched the day prior to delivery.)
Please note that if your gift arrives late we will only refund your postage, we cannot issue full refunds for late deliveries.
